Push the Rock has won the Lehigh Valley Soccer League Championship for the 2007-'08 season with a final record of 9-1-2.

In only its second year in the league, Push the Rock emerged victorious, dominating past powers like Allentown Soccer Club, Primo Futbol Club, and Evergreen Soccer Club. Asked to explain his club's formula for success, Coach Dave Walton said, "We were blessed to have a solid group of former, college players who had great chemistry and worked really hard. Their strong character made coaching a pleasure."

Based in Emmaus, Pa., Push the Rock is a non-profit organization that uses soccer and other sports as a platform for its Christian ministry. The organization also engages in overseas ministry. An open-division, amateur league, Lehigh Valley Soccer League offers a high level of competition for young adults. More information is available at www.pushtherock.org
